After suffering and healing from Post-Natal Depression following the birth of her son, Awena McCormack knew we needed more education around maternal wellbeing. So despite never having run a business before or even being in the online space, Awena left her job as an Occupational Therapist and trainer and launched her first online course Matrescence, garnering lots of media attention. Bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and a desire to help mothers find more freedom and joy in their lives, Awena has since gone on to also teach workshops, courses and retreats, focusing on feminine wellbeing as well as business.
